Instructions

1. Pick a future event. “I’m giving a client presentation tomorrow.”
2. Start the spiral. The next person says, “Yes, and…” adding a terrible twist. “Yes, and I spilled coffee all over my computer and notes.”
3. Keep it rolling. Each turn, “Yes, and…” your way into chaos.
4. Call it when it peaks. Stop when it’s too wild to top—or the asteroid hits.
