Instructions

1. Pick a future event. “I’m giving a speech to a huge crowd!”
2. Start the spiral. The next person says, “Yes, and…” adding a positive twist. “Yes, and the audience jumped to their feet clapping when I arrived.”
3. Keep it rolling. Each turn, “Yes, and…” your way into an incredible future.
4. Call it when it peaks. Stop when it couldn't possibly get any better.
